Special Valentines Day Celebration Trains

Enjoy these special trains with your sweetheart. Let The Michigan Star Clipper provide you with a unique way to celebrate Valentines Day and the love of your life. Choose from three hour evening dinner trains, a luncheon train and a new Sunday evening train. Make sure to order candy and flowers for that special surprise. Private dining and accommodations onboard our train are also available. Entertainment on all trains is our traditional and very famous Hearts & Flowers Musical Revue

SWEETHEART EXPRESS TRAIN DEPARTURES

Friday, 1st – “MARDI GRAS ON THE STAR CLIPPER”

Celebrate the spirit of New Orleans on this special three-hour, four-course dinner train, featuring live honky-tonk and ragtime music. Your onboard chef prepared Louisiana cuisine includes a choice of red beans and rice with pork, crawfish etouffee, or chicken creole. All entrees come with a salad, Cajun gumbo, and pecan pie. $79 per person, bar and gratuity additional. Departure at 7:30 p.m. with our Steel Wheels lounge opened at 3 p.m.

Friday, 15th – “ITALIAN NIGHT ON THE STAR CLIPPER”

Enjoy a two hour scenic train ride while enjoying a special Italian three course meal and participating in the Star Clipper’s acclaimed comedy show, “COMEDY ITALIAN WEDDING”.

Special rate of $65 per person, bar and gratuity additional.
Departure at 7:30 p.m. with our Steel Wheels lounge opened at 3 p.m.

Friday, 22nd – “COUNTRY MUSIC NIGHT ON THE STAR CLIPPER”

Enjoy a two hour scenic train ride while enjoying a special three course bar-b-que dinner and listening to the Star Clipper’s acclaimed country music performers, “THE HUMMINGBIRDS”.

Special rate of $65 per person, bar and gratuity additional.
Departure at 7:30 p.m. with our Steel Wheels lounge opened at 3 p.m.

Saturdays, 2nd, 16th & 23rd – FAMOUS THREE HOUR DINNER TRAIN

Only onboard the Michigan Star Clipper Dinner Train can you enjoy a five course meal prepared onboard while enjoying a scenic three hour train ride with live tableside entertainment with both Murder Mysteries and other theatrical and musical performances!

$79 per person, bar and gratuity additional.
Departure at 7 p.m. with our Steel Wheels lounge opened at 5 p.m.

Sundays, 3rd, 10th, 17th, & 24th – SUNDAY FAMILY SPECIAL (Extremely Popular)

These trains provides guests and families with a very special two-hour Sunday afternoon dining and train ride experience. This train offers a three-course fresh-prepared, onboard meal while traveling by train to scenic Woodpecker Lake. Entrée choices include traditional Sunday favorites, roast beef, ham, chicken, and a vegetarian pasta primavera. Live dining music is also included for your enjoyment. Dress is Sunday casual and pre-boarding is available beginning at noon in our new Kentucky Thoroughbred Lounge Car with the meal served in our Michigan Spruce dining car. Experience the Star Clipper Sunday afternoons on this truly unique dining experience.

Departure at 1:30 p.m., returning at 3:30 p.m.
Cost, excluding tips and bar is $49 for Adults, $29 Children (12 and under) and Toddlers age 2 and under are FREE.

Enjoy a two hour scenic train ride while enjoying a special three course luncheon while listening to the Star Clipper’s acclaimed Sentimental Journey Musical Revue”. Special rate of $57 per person, bar and gratuity additional.

Saturday 24th – PRINCESS LUNCH TRAIN – Departs at noon

Enjoy a two hour train ride with a special lunch and a visit by your favorite princess characters! $39 Adults $29 Children, Beverage service and gratuity additional.
