Policies, Practices and Dress Code

  1. Advance reservations are required on all meal service trains.
  2. All trains are Smoke Free.
  3. If cancellations are needed, guests must cancel the reservation 72 hours prior to departure in order to receive a full refund. The Cancellation Policy for the Bed & Breakfast guests is 72 hours prior to departure. There are no refunds for “NO Shows”. Requested “Carry Out” food items will not be provided for reserved guests who are not onboard for whatever reason. All Group Reservations and certain selected holiday departures will have specified cancellation dates associated with that event.
  4. Carry-on food and beverages are not allowed.
  5. Suggested Dress Code:

    OTHER EVENING DINER TRAINS

    Country Dinner Train = Country Casual Dress; “Go To The Islands” = Summer/Beach Attire; Haunted Dinner Train = Halloween Costume, etc.

  6. Prices stated EXCLUDE Bar & Gratuity. Our entire wait staff, car hosts and bar tenders work together as a team to provide you with the highest service level possible. Gratuity paid is pooled for all staff serving the train. Our tickets provide three services, food, train ride and entertainment. Gratuity on the food portion of your ticket approximates $5 Per Person and Bar Gratuity should approximate 20% of the total bill, which is presented onboard at the end of the train excursion. Cash or Credit Cards accepted.
  7. Please notify us at the time of reservation if assistance is needed for Wheelchairs or Guests Requiring Additional Assistance.
  8. Entrée selections are the responsibility of the person or persons booking the reservation. Entrée selections must be completed at least two days in advance of departure date. Guests who have not made advance selections are subject to availability from our kitchen. Last minute changes to the entrée choices may not be accommodated. Special dietary needs for meal preparation must be requested in advance of departure.
  9. Arriving guests are required to obtain a ticket inside our depot. Billing will occur between 72 hours prior to departure using the credit card guarantee on file. Large event trains are billed within 72 hours of departure. All guests will need a ticket to board the trains. All guests should arrive in time obtain the boarding pass or ticket and be on board at least 30 minutes prior to departure time.
  10. All packages or luggage brought onboard the train are subject to inspection of contents.
