About our trains
Reservations are required on all meal service trains. Tickets DO NOT include gratuity or bar. A full description of the menus for our children’s breakfast and lunch trains is available.

Reservations are recommended on all seasonal Walled Lake Scenic Railway trains as seating is provided to guests holding confirmed reservations.

December Family Trains

December 6th, 13th, & 20th – Breakfast with Santa Trains - Departs 10 a.m.

Enjoy a two hour train ride with a hot breakfast. This year sing along with Santa’s Elves and visit with Santa himself as you enjoy breakfast and a two hour train ride onboard the Michigan Star Clipper Dinner Train. Enjoy the holiday season onboard this special morning train. Tickets are $35 for adult, $25 for Children, and $10 for toddlers (No Toddler Meal Provided).

HOLIDAY LUNCHEON TRAINS – 5th, 11th, 19th & 27th

Family and friends enjoy this two hour lunch train as the Holiday Season is near. Treat them to the Star Clipper Dinner Train! Experience our classic “Holiday Musical Revue” and our new Holiday Luncheon Menu featuring Turkey Roulade (sliced turkey breast filled with apple and walnut dressing, topped with a cream turkey sauce), served with cranberry chutney, sweet and Idaho potato bake and fresh asparagus, salad and dessert. Special children’s menu included in child ticket price. Great for all ages! Boarding begins at 11:15am with a NOON departure. Tickets are $45 for adults and $29 for children

December 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th & 21st – 24th Annual “SANTA EXPRESS TRAINS”

Our 24th Annual “SANTA EXPRESS TRAINS” are back! Enjoy a one hour scenic train ride with Santa Claus onboard our vintage 1917 train on the Walled Lake Scenic Railway on Saturday the 6th, 13th & 20th departing at 2:00 pm and on Sunday 7th, 14th & 21st departing at 2:00 pm. Visit with Santa and sing along with his Elves. DRESS WARM as our antique 1917 train has limited heat! Snacks and both hot and cold drinks are available. Tickets are $15 for adults and children; $10 for toddlers (Under 3).

“STAR CLIPPER PREMIUM POLAR EXPRESS” TRAINS

The “Star Clipper PREMIUM Polar Express” 2 Hour Train Ride, Live Musical Entertainment with our Polar Express Music Revue, Story Reading, Hot Chocolate and Cookies and a visit from Santa Claus and more!
Tickets are $35 for adults and $30 for children.
