Reservation & Ticket Purchase Policy

Our policy is to take reservations for as far out as our guests want to reserve. With all of our reservations your credit card is not charged until 72 hours from the train departure date. At the time of the reservation we will hold the desired number of tickets for the train along with any special additions that you may want, with a credit card guarentee. We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card is not electronically authorized, funds placed on hold, or charged in any way, until 72 hours from the train's departure. At that time we will charge the credit card we have on file and hold your receipt and tickets at our WILL CALL window for pick up. This way you can plan into the future without having to pay for the ticket in advance. We require a 72 hour notice to cancel or move the reservation.
